Wi-fi service is available in all of our rooms, although the whole Dharamsala area does sometimes experience power
cuts. Mobile phone reception in the area is generally good, with 4G availability, though not at broadband speeds.
Torches are a must for after-dark walks home.
Due to the nature of the terrain leading up to Heini, we are unable to provide access for
wheelchair users at present. However, upon discussion, via phone or e-mail, we will endeavour
to cater for any other special needs you may have.
Guests should note that the drive up to our parking area/drop-off point is followed by a ten-minute walk
to the guesthouse, and that the walk down to Bhagsu from the guesthouse is steep in places.
The guesthouse has several huge terraces which are furnished for outdoor dining. Breakfast can be provided (banana porridge, eggs and toast or parantha) at an additional charge, and a traditional Himachali thali can be provided for dinner, also at an additional charge. Lunch is not provided unless by special arrangement. We can also cater to special diets upon request.
