We can also provide torches for after-dark trips home. Mobile phone reception in the area is generally good, so
you can contact us at any time during your stay. Limited wi-fi service is available in most of our rooms.
Due to the nature of the terrain leading up to Heini, we are unable to provide access for
wheelchair users at present. However, upon discussion, via phone or e-mail, we will endeavour
to cater for any other special needs you may have.
Guests should note that the walk down from Jagatram Niwas to Bhagsu is steep, and that the drive up to the guest
house is up a rough jeep road, followed by a ten-minute walk.
The guesthouse has several huge terraces which are furnished for outdoor dining. Breakfast is included
(banana porridge, eggs and toast or parantha), and a traditional Himachali thali can be provided for dinner at
an additional charge. Lunch is not provided unless by special arrangement. We can also cater to special diets
