Delhi and Amritsar to Jagatram Niwas

Internal Flights: At least one domestic flight is scheduled between Delhi and Dharamsala per day. To check operating airlines and times, you can use portals such as www.makemytrip.com or www.yatra.com..

Taxis: We are happy to arrange taxis from Delhi (around twelve hours) and Amritsar (around six hours). We can also arrange overnight hotel accommodation in Amritsar if you wish to break up your journey and visit the Golden Temple.

From Amritsar, we can arrange return taxi service to Jagatram Niwas (around six hours). We can also arrange overnight hotel accommodation in Amritsar, if you wish to break up your journey and visit the Golden Temple

Buses and Trains: Overnight buses run from Majnu Ka Tilla and the Interstate Bus Terminal in Delhi, to Dharamsala and McLeodganj. Bookings can be made with travel agents or online at portals such as www.redbus.in

Trains run from Delhi to Pathankot Junction and Pathankot Cantt (around nine hours), from where you can take a taxi (three hours) or local bus (three to four hours) to Dharamsala.

Arrival at Jagatram Niwas

We are happy to book taxis to transfer guests from lower Dharamsala or Mcleodganj up to the drop-off point in village Heini. From there, we will guide you on the ten-minute walk through the village and fields to Jagatram Niwas.
